Your investment in “Naming a Seat” is a personalized opportunity to support the Waterfront Playhouse Theater in an important aspect of its restoration and ongoing programming. It is a truly a unique opportunity for you to become part of the theater’s legacy. Contributors to “Name a Seat” will have their name(s) (family, individual, corporate, business, or organization – it’s your choice) engraved on a brass plaque and affixed to a seat in the theater. Future patrons will know you supported the restoration of our wonderful Waterfront Theater.

Where do you want your seat to be in the theater?
Your seat will be identified with a metal plaque containing two lines of text so pick your favorite seat anywhere in the theater. Seats are available on a first-come first-served basis. Please provide 1st and 2nd choice for seat location. We will contact you if these are unavailable. Plaque text is limited to 2 lines of text, up to 25 characters per line.

If I attend an event or performance will I be able to sit in my seat?
Seats are sold as reserved for each performance making it impossible to guarantee you will be able to sit in “your seat,” if you have not reserved it when you buy your yearly subscription tickets.

May I purchase more than one seat? Will they be located next to each other?
Yes, of course, you may purchase more than one seat. We will make every effort to locate them next to each other.

How will I know where my “named” seat is located?
You will receive a letter confirming your seat location as soon as we have processed your form and payment.

How much does it cost and is my payment tax-deductible?
Each seat plaque is $500.00 and all payments for plaques are entirely tax-deductible.
